‘Shame on you’: Qantas shareholders fired up at AGM
Qantas Chairman Richard Goyder moved to shut down questions, including whether it was corrupt conduct to give the PM’s son a coveted chairman’s lounge membership during the Qantas AGM today.
Almost 83 per cent of shareholders voted against Qantas’ remuneration report as well which sets pay for executives.
Aviation reporter at The Australian Financial Review Ayesha de Kretser told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR’s Afternoons that Goyder was ‘uncharacteristically flappable’ during today’s meeting.
