An infrastructure expert has questioned how a road user charge on electric vehicles could be implemented and which level of government would be responsible to raise the revenue.

Infrastructure Partnerships Australia chief executive Adrian Dwyer spoke to 6PR Radio Perth Live presenter Oliver Peterson and said there hadn’t been a reason to solve this issue but it was “accelerating”.
