Kevin Spacey has faced accusations of grooming and manipulating young male actors over a 12-year period during the start of his trial in London.

Mr Spacey has been accused by four men who were in their 20s and 30s while the actor ran the Old Vic Theatre.

Entertainment reporter Peter Ford told Mick and Gena on 6PR Breakfast if the previous accusations didn’t cut short Spacey’s acting career, the trial likely would.

“He is, in effect, fighting for whatever chance he might have to resume a career and a reputation; it may already be too late for that,” Mr Ford said.
