Tensions rise as Police Union set to fire entire board from office
The Western Australia Police Union has called a special meeting with the aim of removing the entire board from office.
This comes after months of unrest by members over poor pay and working conditions.
6PR and Nine News reporter Mia Egerton-Warburton told 6PR Perth Live all findings from the meeting will be made public.
“It has come as a surprise,” said Ms Egerton-Warburton.
“The last thing they need is an internal war.”
