Rumours have been circling for more than a week now on whether or not Face/Off and Con Air star Nicolas Cage had made his way to WA.

Following the colourful resurgence of his acting career, Cage is apparently set to star in The Surfer, which is slated to shoot in the South West.

Yet entertainment reporter Peter Ford has burst our bubble… maybe.

“I’ve heard rumours that he didn’t get on the plane; I’m trying to get to the bottom of it,” Mr Ford said.
