Tap and Go surcharges are the unseen spending that is costing the country billions.

Now a petition will be submitted to Parliament as part of a plan to reduce these surcharges.
Brad Kelly, Co-Founder of the Independent Payment Forum, spoke to 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead about what the petition is hoping to change.
