This week on ‘The Long Table’, Weekends chef Chase Weber kicked off with the latest food and drink news from around Perth, including a new Freo pop-up from Tommy Taco, Hood Burger’s new suburban site, the Morley breakfast pizza that’s a weekend must, and plenty more. Later, Chase jumps in the kitchen, with some tips and tricks for hosts when feeding the masses at home.

Highlights include;

0.20 – Chase got married!

2.20 – Tommy Tacos is back with a few pop-ups including one in Freo on Wednesday 27th September at Freo’s Patio bar. Could we see a few Chase Weber pop-ups down the track?

4.00 – Hood Burger is coming to Duncraig! Chase talks about the trend of bars and restaurants opening up across the burbs.

6.15 – There’s a brewery opening next door to Big Don’s Smoked Meats in Ashfield.

7.40 – Secret tip from Chase – check out Dank Pizza in Morley on the weekend. Amazing brekky pizzas and coffee next door from Twin Peaks!

9.00 – Lanzhou Beef Noodle have opened their doors in Vic Park. Chase says their noodles and broth is some of the best going round.
