Perth Today host Simon Beaumont is searching for the best pub in the world, and there was no one better placed to know than legendary Perth hotelier Paul ‘Higgo’ Higgins.

Higgo is a third-generation publican whose family owned the Hyde Park Hotel for 29 years and is now the proud owner of Shoe Bar at Yagan Square.

If there is a pub worth visiting, Higgo knows it.
