A small business specialist and accountant wants to see a change to how Australians are taxed.

Nathan Watt, the Founder and Director at Watson and Watt believes Aussies should be taxed per household rather than as an Individual. 

The Brisbane based number-cruncher told Oliver Peterson the government should change how it taxes Australians.

“The reality is we’re trying to split income, we’re trying to do tax planning to move income from one person to another, well you can get rid of all that by just assessing the family unit for taxation rather than each individual,” Watt said.
