Tipoff leads police to Brooklyn subway shooting suspect
A 24-hour manhunt has found a suspect in the Brooklyn subway shooting, 13km from where the incident took place.
The 62-year-old was arrested after investigators found videos online where the man allegedly discussed mass shootings and a witness saw him strolling through the East Village.
US correspondent Michael Genovese told Gareth Parker how a witness recognised the suspect after seeing images of him on TV.
“Investigators believe he had the potential to strike again.” he told Gareth Parker on 6PR Breakfast.
