A man has lost an unfair dismissal claim for inappropriate conduct, despite the Fair Work Commissioner finding the terms “soft c***ks” and “p*****s” normal examples of how male blue-colour workers talk to each other.

Partner of Clayton Utz Saul Harben told Oliver Peterson on Perth Live comments like this undo all the hard work to make workplaces inclusive.

“The comments which I find most troubling endorse or condone that kind of language being used in the workplace that objectifies women but also me in this case,” said Mr Harben.

“This is an example of fairly casual sexist behaviour.”
