Mexican cartel members have allegedly killed two Americans they confused for drug smugglers, according to investigators.

The pair were found dead after crossing the border several days ago to undergo medical procedures.

US Reporter Charles Feldman told Millsy and Karl it is common for Americans to cross the Mexican border for cheaper medical procedures.
