For the second time in 24 hours, there’s been a disturbance at Hakea Prison.

The Department of Justice says three prisoners damaged common areas and cells earlier today.

WA Prison Officers’ Union Secretary, Andy Smith told Oly Peterson on Perth Live staffing levels are to blame for the disturbances.
