Some Uber drivers have been found gaming the sophisticated algorithms of the popular rideshare app to create fake surge price periods.

National Motoring Editor at drive.com.au Josh Dowling spoke with Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live this afternoon.

“Uber used to be the good guys, they were sorting out the cabbies,” Mr Dowling said.
