Unrealistic goals blamed for failed New Year’s resolutions
71% of Australians will abandon their New Year’s resolutions before the end of January, according to new research.
Michaela Sparrow, a nutritionist and MyFitnessPal ambassador, explained to 6PR Breakfast hosts Ian and Mick how many people set unattainable goals.
“Nobody’s perfect. We get too strict, we fall off, we feel guilty, and then we repeat that cycle,” she said.
