The Town of Victoria Park is investigating incentives to help boost the number of homes being built in the area.

Chairman of the Victoria Park Ratepayers Association Vince Maxwell told Oly Peterson on 6PR’s Perth Live the plans are a starting point but he found it disappointing that The Town of Victoria Park hadn’t consulted with locals.
