WA is missing an important tool that informs people about complaint numbers and trends.

Erin Turner from the Consumer Policy Research Centre explained to 6PR Afternoon host Chrissy Morrissy how this valuable information is collected but not shared.

“Which businesses might be the source of the most complaints across the state, and which ones you should avoid,” she said.
