The Federal Government has placed all branches of the CFMEU into administration, including Western Australia. The decision follows allegations of serious misconduct by branches in the eastern states.

WA Premier Roger Cook spoke to 6PR Mornings host Gary Adshead on the Labor party’s next steps.

“We’ve made it clear that in the event the CFMEU WA branch was put into administration, we would act immediately to suspend them from the Labor party,” Cook said.
