Let’s be honest: the internet is a hotbed of medical self-diagnosis, and the trend of sharing what ails you isn’t slowing down.

The latest of these fads is ‘time blindness’, a catch-all term for anyone who struggles to get themselves together before work or other events.

Psychologist Clare Rowe told Millsy and Karl on 6PR Breakfast the term had been used professionally for a while now.

“It’s not a standalone condition; it might be a symptom, it might be a personality trait, so you’ve probably got a better chance with your boss if you say you have ADHD or depression if you do in fact have those issues,” Ms Rowe said.
