Tony Jones has ruffled more than a few feathers in the west today after his comments on Melbourne’s 3AW Mornings show.

The Channel 9 sports host said “I think it would be a wasted spot in the grand final,” TJ said on 3AW Mornings about the eagles likely grand final chances.

“They can’t perform at the MCG.”

“We’ve seen it before, in very recent times.”

Fair to say 6PR Afternoons host & staunch eagles supporter was not impressed, so he invited Jones onto the program to defend his comments.
