WA Barrister, Tom Percy KC joined 6PR’s Perth Today off the back of a major murder case in the United States.

Attorneys for a man charged with murder are attempting to have evidence thrown out on the basis that it hinges on an ‘unconstitutional genetic investigation’ process where DNA was essentially matched through a family tree database.

Tom Percy KC told Russell Collett, ‘The less places you actually have your DNA, the better off you are.”
